Open Atrium, Teams Communication With Drupal
Drupal is most commonly known as a powerful content management system (CMS), but recently we noticed that many developers started using Drupal as a platform or Framework to build custom web solution. The latest have just been announced a week ago, it is called Open Atrium and it aims to provide a foundation for developing custom team collaboration and knowledge management tools.

Open Atrium is an intranet in a box that has group spaces to allow different teams to have their own conversations. It comes with six features - a blog, a wiki, a calendar, a to do list, a shoutbox, and a dashboard to manage it all.
The solution announced by Development Seed, provides a completely customizable collaboration and communication platform that you can build on it your next killer knowledge management tool. Supported languages for Open Atrium include Arabic, Danish, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. Released under GPL and BSD license.
