eZ Systems just announced the release of eZ Publish Now version 1.1. The new version unites existing Enterprise Content Management features (such as version and access management, multi-language content support, automated monitoring and system updates) with Web 2.0 features such as wikis, blogs, RSS, tagging and content syndication.
"The Web 2.0 movement has produced a strong package of accepted technologies and best practices. We have integrated these aspects into our newest release of eZ Publish Now" says Aleksander Farstad, CEO of eZ Systems.

With the new features, it is now possible for users of eZ Publish Now 1.1 to add typical Web 2.0 components to enhance their presence on the internet. They can develop richer connections with customers without losing sight of business-critical conditions such as fixed budgets and target-group-oriented product management. "We listen to our customers and work with them to ensure their success in the evolving market with the help of our software" explains Farstad. eZ Publish Now's service model provides companies with a business-critical internet presence and a solid and reliable basis.
