Seagull CMS and Framework released version 0.6.2 with many new features and improvements. Modules are now more independant from the core framework and could be simply unziped in the module directory so Seagull start to use them. The core now is getting more stable and more smaller, things that make it more easy to maintain and future releases will be more frequent I guess. From the core changelog :
